Every piece is described as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to digital display differences and the nature of handmade art.

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due upon checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the purchasing process.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Each artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with insurance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and artwork size.

Delivery times depend on the location — within Europe typically 5–14 business days, and international orders may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

All artworks are unique pieces, created with great care.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of damage during shipping.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at info@hadassaschomburg.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the damage.

Refunds will only be issued after review and confirmation.
